Join jeweller Jane Ju and couturière Tatyana Anderson for an intimate afternoon exploring one of fashion’s most enduring forms of adornment: the flower.

The Garden, Worn is a 2.5-hour styling masterclass about how to wear flowers beautifully — combining jewellery, silk flowers, colour, texture and personal style to create looks that feel distinctive rather than simply decorative.

We will begin with a short conversation about flowers from two different perspectives.

Jane will explore the meanings and symbolism attached to flowers in Victorian England, and their relationship with jewellery and adornment.

Tatyana will look at why flowers — and why now? From brooches and corsages to sculptural blooms and statement accessories, flowers are once again becoming objects to wear rather than simply patterns on fabric.

Then we move from looking at flowers to wearing them.

Jane and Tatyana will demonstrate how jewellery and floral pieces can be combined with different fabrics, colours and textures; how scale and placement can change an outfit; and how one carefully chosen piece can transform something you already own.

Most of the afternoon will be relaxed and interactive. Guests will be invited to try pieces on, experiment with different combinations, ask questions and discover what works for their own style.
