Exchanges for faulty items are subject to Tatyana Design criteria for faulty goods. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or incur a fault due to manufacturing. Items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If the item cannot be replaced or repaired, we will arrange an alternate exchange method.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately at


We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products appearing on Tatyana Design website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.


Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.

Items must be returned new, unused, and with all product garment tags and packaging still attached. Returned garments which are damaged, soiled, altered or no longer with a product tag attached will not be accepted and will be sent back. Delicate items and light coloured garments should be tried on with care so not to damage or stain.

Where provided, belts and any designer trims such as brooches and belt buckles should be included with your return.

Return your item to Tatyana Design via registered post only, completed with a tracking number. We recommend you use Australia Post express post satchels. Once you have posted your item, please forward your tracking number to You will be responsible for all packaging and handling costs of returns and exchanges. We do not accept liability for goods in transit.

All exchanges must be received within 7 days of the original product delivery. Items received outside these timeframes may only be accepted at our discretion.
