Tatyana Design ships worldwide, however free shipping is applicable to Australia only. For international shipping enquiries please contact Tatyana Design at shop@TatyanaDesign.com before placing your order.

Orders dispatched to some international destinations may be subject to tax upon arrival. Please refer to your local government website for further information on any relevant duties and taxes. Please note that any such duties and taxes are NOT included in the final invoice and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

All packages are posted with tracking to ensure a safe delivery so please provide full address details including company name if you are providing a business address. Please note we do NOT deliver to P.O BOX addresses. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, the parcel will be delivered to your nearest Australia Post Office and a card will be left directing you to alternate pick up options. If the parcel is left at the premises, we cannot accept liability on behalf of Australia Post.

Tatyana Design garments made to order, so please check delivery times outlined in the product description. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted. Please note the standard delivery time can vary, depending on national public holidays and busy postal periods such as Christmas, New Years and Easter, where processing may take up to 48 hours before being work begins on your garment. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping e-mail with tracking details for the parcel. 

In the event that the ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item or a full refund of your original payment. 

Tatyana Design is not liable for any loss or damage of items from the point of dispatch and any issues are subject to the care of Australia Post or courier company applicable. We will however, work with you in resolving any postal matters. 

Please note there is no insurance on items purchased from Tatyana Design website. If you wish to insure your purchased item, please contact Tatyana Design before placing your order to arrange the correct costing. 

In the event of an exchange, we will not refund the cost of shipping. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping for your new exchanged item.
